3. Qualified users must accomplish the tasks below in any order within the promo period to get a reward: 
   1. Open a Maya Personal Goals account between November 29, 2024 – March 31, 2025 
   2. Deposit & complete target amount and accomplish based on the set due date
4. Qualified Personal Goals accounts will be bound by the terms & conditions of Maya Personal Goals as found in this link.
5. Qualified users will get a total of 6% p.a. in interest earnings upon opening of their 6-month Personal Goal that they opened within the promo period of November 29, 2024 – March 31, 2025. 
6. Qualified users are allowed to open up to a maximum of 5 Personal Goals within the promo period. 
7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.

Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-207631 Series of 2024 

1. Maya account holders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
2. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in the promo. 
3. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
4. Maya reserves the right to withhold the granting of rewards where there is a suspected or suspicious customer activity that requires further investigation. 
5. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given. 
6. Should the qualified transaction be canceled, voided, refunded, or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the canceled payment transaction, even if the reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/rewards credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of the withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit balance not withdrawn when your balance becomes sufficient. 
7. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
