Send money to 5 different users for cashback rewards, and a chance to win up to ₱50,000 in the raffle:

• Get up to ₱5,000 cashback when you send money to 5 different Maya users, min. spend of ₱5.
• Each P2P send money transaction, following a minimum of P5, qualifies you for a raffle entry to win up to ₱50,000.
  • Raffle prize is ₱5,000 for five (5) users, and ₱50,000 to only one (1) user.

Promo qualification – Up to ₱5,000 cashback

• A user must complete at least one (1) send money transaction to a unique Maya user, with a minimum amount of ₱5 per transaction. 
• Only the fifth send transaction to a unique Maya user entitles the user to a cashback voucher.
• Qualified users may receive a maximum of one (1) cashback voucher.
• Where to find and claim voucher
  • To redeem the voucher, users should follow these steps:
    • Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    • Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    • Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    • Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    • You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    • Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance.

Promo qualification – Raffle draw

• Every eligible send money transaction to a unique user made through the Maya app entitles the user to one (1) raffle entry, provided the transaction amount is at least ₱5.
• Users will be asked to provide consent to join the raffle via an in-app notification after completing their first send transaction during the promo period.
• A user can receive a maximum of five (5) raffle entries during the promo period.
• Raffle entries are non-transferable.

Raffle draw regulations

• Cashback rewards and raffle prizes under this promo are independent of each other. A user may qualify for and receive both, subject to the respective promo mechanics.
• Maya will notify the winners through call and SMS via their Maya-registered mobile number and will be emailed via their registered email address. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by responding through SMS, call, or mail. 
• Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon receiving registered mail from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days upon a winner’s acknowledgement of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. 
• With prior approval of the DTI-FTEB, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption. 
• Winners must agree to have his/her photos taken or to submit photos to Maya upon request, as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo. Winners agree that Maya’s use of these photos in any material must not require any further compensation from Maya. 
• Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners to forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. 
• Winners will be announced to the public via Maya’s official Facebook page. Promo winners will be announced anytime from the date of the raffle draw to up to fourteen (14) days after the draw. 
• This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Account log ins made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. 
• All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion. 
• Former employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and Voyager Innovations, Inc. whose last day of employment under these companies falls within 730 days from promo start date are disqualified from joining the promotion. 
• Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
• Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or are proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards. 
• Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo. 

Guaranteed cashback regulations

• Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
  • Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  • This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
  • Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
  • Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

• Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of seven (7) business days after the promo period. 
• Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
• Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
• Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
• If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
• Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
• Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
• The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, customers may visit the Help Center in the Maya app by navigating to 'Profile' and selecting 'Get Help'.
• Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
