I. Get as much as ₱60 for signing up with Maya

1. Promo period is from September 2-30, 2022.
2. This promo is open only to customers who do not have a Maya account yet and will newly register to join Maya with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines, and will transact using Maya. Additionally, only users who will create a new account (consumer) using the Maya app will be qualified to participate.
3. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn the rewards when they do the following in sequential order: 
   1. Create or sign up for a Maya account using the Maya app to get a ₱20 reward. 
   2. Use code “MAMALOVESMAYA to upgrade or verify the Maya account and do any of the following transactions for the first time to get an additional ₱40 reward. Minimum spend of ₱20 for user to qualify for the additional reward. 
   3. Fulfill at least one (1) of the qualified transactions:
      1. Buy any item from Shop (only select load and data products are eligible)
      2. Pay bills through Bills Pay feature
      3. Send Money (through Send Money feature to another Maya user only)
      4. Buy Crypto
      5. Deposit to Savings
      6. Pay via Maya QR (except Negosyo QR merchants)
      7. Pay via registered Maya number on edamama
      8. Pay using Maya virtual card or physical card online or in-store
4. Qualified users can earn the one-time ₱40 additional reward as part of the joining bonus only after doing their first successful transaction amounting to at least ₱20, on their Maya app. The necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
5. Items bought from Maya Shop must be for self-loading only and not for gifting to be qualified as a valid first transaction. For self-load transactions, only load and data products from the following mobile networks are eligible:
   1. Globe
   2. TM
   3. DITO
   4. PLDT
6. Bills pay transactions made at the following billers are excluded from the promo:
   1. “Government” category billers
   2. “Donation” category billers
   3. “Others” category billers
   4. UnionBank
7. Sending money must be done through Maya’s Send Money feature and receiving money must be through the Maya account to qualify for the promo. Sending money through the following are NOT considered as qualified transactions: 
   1. Maya to Bank Transfers (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
   2. Maya to Smart Padala 
   3. Bank Transfers to Maya (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet) 
   4. Smart Padala to Maya
8. Qualified users will be rewarded instant credits transferred to their Maya wallet.
9. Unused rewards from this promo will expire / clawed back within 30 days upon receipt.
10. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies
11. Maya any of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period.
12. Existing Maya users along with those with merchant accounts and under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
13. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
14. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.

II. Get 20% discount at edamama by paying with Maya

1. Promo is open to new and existing users of edamama.
2. Qualified user is entitled to receive 20% discount with their minimum spend of ₱2,500 when they checkout & pay via their Maya number with the code “MAMALOVESMAYA” on the edamama app or website.
3. 20% discount applies per valid transaction with maximum discount worth ₱750 only.
4. This discount can be redeemed of up to three (3) times with every qualified transaction during the promo duration.
5. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of getting multiple or higher discounts will NOT qualify.
6. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya & edamama accounts only. edamama reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
8. edamama reserves the right to refuse the awarding of discounts to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
9. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business (formerly PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
2. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya & edamama reserves the right to withdraw the discount equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the discount has already been credited. Maya & edamama reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

4. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts.
5. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
