- Winners will be notified via their registered mail, and email between 7 to 14 working days after the promotion ends

Terms & Conditions

REDEMPTION OF PRIZES
- Participants can join multiple times but can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner will receive the prize with a higher value.
- Upon winners' selection and notification, winners must acknowledge/reply to claim their prizes from Razer 60 days from receipt of official notification to claim their prizes from Razer via email and send a copy of a valid ID and screenshot of the registered notice.
- In the event that any winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated time, Razer reserves the right to forfeit the winner and award the prize to the next qualified winner with the approval of DTI.
- All electronic vouchers or digital prizes (i.e. Razer Gold voucher, in-game prizes) will be delivered at no cost, via winner’s registered email address.
- While winners of physical prizes can claim by:
  - Visiting MOL ACCESSPORTAL INC. office; or
  - Request to be delivered to their preferred address where winner will shoulder the necessary shipping fees. Prizes will be scheduled for delivery once winners acknowledged/replied to Razer’s notification
- By participating in this campaign, users consent to give their personal information and Razer Gold reserves the right to publish, use the winners' names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each user is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by Razer Gold.
- Razer Gold reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any user's entries that are found or suspected of cheating/hacking/tampering with the campaign promotion process, the operation of the campaign or violate any of the Terms & Conditions of this campaign.
- All prizes are not refundable, replaceable, transferable and cannot be encashed in any form.
- The winners shall shoulder the 20% final withholding tax on prizes exceeding ₱10,000 in accordance with the National Internal Revenue Code and applicable BIR regulations.
DISQUALIFICATION CLAUSE
- The following persons are not eligible to participate in any Raffle Draws conducted by Razer Gold Philippines: a. Employees of MOL ACCESSPORTAL INC. and their immediate family members and/ or relatives living in the same household; b. Vendors, contractors or partners, or any other individuals directly involved or connected to the Lucky Draws including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, and immediate family members and/or relatives living in the same household.
- Employees of MOL ACCESSPORTAL Inc. and their attached agency including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.
