1. This promo is open to all upgraded Maya users who use Maya during the promo period. 
2. Users can earn 1x raffle entry every time they spend at least ₱300 using Maya (QR, Maya Debit Card, or Maya Credit Cards) in select Alfamart stores. Maya Credit Cards include the Maya Black Credit Card and the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card. 

1. Promo run from October 9 to December 31, 2025 
2. This promo is open to all upgraded Maya users who use Maya during the promo period. 
3. Users can earn 1x raffle entry every time they spend at least ₱300 using Maya (QR, Maya Debit Card, or Maya Credit Cards) in select Alfamart stores. Maya Credit Cards include the Maya Black Credit Card and the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card. 
4. Promo is available to National Capital Region and Bulacan offline stores only. See below for the list of store locations included at the Annex A. 
5. Winners will get a chance to win Maya Credits just once during the promo period:
   1. 5 winners of ₱10,000 Maya Credits 
   2. 5 winners of ₱5,000 Maya Credits 
   3. 5 winners of ₱3,000 Maya Credits 
6. Qualified users for the promo can only win once.
7. The raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative. Winners will be announced on Maya’s official social media accounts according to the following schedule:

8. Prizes are not convertible to cash. 
9. Maya Credits prizes will be sent once the winner verification is fully done. Once the winner’s details are verified, a confirmation of Maya push notification will be sent directly to users Maya wallet account. 

General Terms and Conditions 

1. All Maya users who have upgraded and accepted Maya’s Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate in this promo, as outlined in Sections 4.17.4 and 6.5. Under the scope of this promotion, personal information—such as name, contact details, and other relevant data—will be processed solely for administering the promo, contacting winner/s, and delivering prize/s, in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.For more information, you may visit https://www.maya.ph/terms-and-conditions and https://www.maya.ph/privacy. 
2. The names of all the winner/s will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page. 
3. Maya will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media. 
4. All winner/s will be notified via in-app pushes or phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number and registered snail mail. A Maya representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption. 
5. The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. 
6. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign. 
7. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. 
8. With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption. 
9. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. 
10. Maya Philippines, Inc. is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on Maya Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. 11. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI. 
12. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period. 
13. Each account linking or registration must be validated within the system to qualify for the promo. Linking and registrations will not be considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya account has fraudulent activities in the past. 
14. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
15. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Bank, Inc., Maya Ph (Maya Philippines, Inc.), Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle. 
16. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued. 
17. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos. 
18. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account. 
19. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
20. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation. 
21. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards. 
22. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given. 
23. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw.
24. The rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. 
25. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
26. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
