You will earn cashback equivalent to 1% of each qualified transaction, subject to the ₱3,000 monthly cashback cap per user.
Yes. You can earn 1% cashback from multiple qualified transactions during the promo period, subject to the ₱3,000 monthly cashback cap per user.
Transactions that are refunded, cancelled, reversed, or voided are not eligible for cashback. Any cashback previously credited for a transaction that is subsequently reversed or refunded may be deducted from your Maya Wallet.
Yes. The maximum cashback of ₱3,000 is per user per calendar month. Your cashback limit resets at the start of each month for as long as the promo is ongoing.
Cashback is credited once the qualified transaction has been successfully posted or settled. Pending transactions are not eligible for cashback until they are posted or settled.
Yes. A push notification will be sent to confirm that your cashback has been credited to your Maya Wallet.
Yes. Once credited to your Maya Wallet, the cashback becomes part of your available Maya Wallet balance and may be used in accordance with applicable Maya terms and conditions.

- Only users who make qualified purchases using their Maya Card through POS terminals at offline merchants, as well as qualified transactions at online merchants in the Philippines are qualified.
- Each payment transaction must be validated, posted, or settled within the system to qualify for the promo.
- Cashback rewards are max at ₱3K per user per month
- The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
- Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, declined, refunded, or voided.
- If a cashback has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback given with notification after the clawback.
- Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
- Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya app, and the management and fulfillment of cashbacks under this promotion. The cashback received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the cardholder files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the cashback.
- Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
- Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the cardholder forfeit their cashback with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. In case of disputes regarding cardholder’s eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven user activities that require further investigation.
- Maya reserves the right to debit any reward credited from the cardholder’s balance. If balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn once it is sufficient.
- Maya Philippines Inc. are the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion. Promotion participants agree to solely rely on the Maya Data Privacy policy in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion.
