Maya will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media.
All winner/s will be notified via in-app pushes, phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number, email, and/or snail mail. A Maya representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Donation Billers, E-Sabong, Schools, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to Lazada, ShopeePay, etc.) and Government merchants will not be qualified for the promo.

For Maya Credit transactions to be eligible, a user must have an activated Maya Credit account and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due in order to be eligible to earn the raffle entries.
Each Maya transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya number, card or QR payment is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided.
Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this

Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

Mechanics

The promo period is from April 1-May 31, 2026.
This promotion is open to all active Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card Cardholders (LCECC cardholders) who successfully refer individuals to apply for the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card during the Promo Period. Both Referrer and Referee may earn rewards under this Program.
A successful referral is defined as one where the referred individual (referee) is approved for a Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card.
Each successful referral entitles the Referrer to receive 250 cashback points and the Referee to receive 150 cashback points, subject to completion of the referral requirements and approval of the Referee’s credit card application
Only LCECC cardholders who are in active status are qualified to make referrals.
There is no limit to the number of referrals that a cardholder wishes to refer.
The Referral Period is from April 1-May 31, 2026. The Referee must
1. input the referral code during the LCECC application process and
2. complete the LCECC application process within the Referral Period. The Referee’s application may be approved within thirty (30) business days after May 31, 2026 and will still be considered eligible.
The reward will be credited to both the Referrer and Referee after the Referee’s application is approved.
The reward shall be credited to the user’s Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card Cashback Referral Dashboard which can be used for any Landers Superstore in store purchases. The Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card (LCECC) remains subject to its own Terms & Conditions. Participation in this Member Get Member Program (Referral program) does not alter or replace the standard LCECC Terms & Conditions.
Credit cardholders (Referrers) will be assigned a unique referral code, which is their Maya “@username”. This @username appears at the top‑left portion of the Home screen upon logging in, and is also displayed below the Referrer’s name on their Maya user profile.
If a Referrer does not yet have an @username, they must first create one in the Maya app, as this will serve as their referral code for the Program.
For users to qualify as a Referee under this Program, they must complete the following steps:
1. Step 1: Download the Maya app and create an upgraded account, if they do not have one yet.
2. Step 2: Go to the “Cards” tab, select the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card banner, and click “Apply now”.
3. Step 3: During the LCECC application process, enter your Landers Membership number and input the Referrer’s @username in the designated referral code field.
4. Step 4: Complete the application and get approved to receive the reward.

A Referee may use only one (1) referral code for their application. Once a referral code is submitted, it becomes permanently attributable to that Referee’s application record and will apply to all subsequent re‑applications should the initial application be rejected or require re‑submission. Rewards will only be granted if the Referee:

enters a valid referral code within the Referral Period
completes the application process within the Referral Period, and
is approved within the allowed approval window. (The approval window is from April 1, 2026 to thirty (30) business days after May 31, 2026.)
Re‑applications or re‑attempts submitted outside the Referral Period (April 1–May 31, 2026) shall not be eligible for rewards, even if they are subsequently approved within the thirty (30) business days after May 31, 2026.

All the Referees will go through the Bank’s standard credit card evaluation process/approval and turnaround time.
1. Upon pre-eligibility checks, the Referee will receive a message from the Maya app to continue with the final steps of application at the "Cards” tab on the Maya app and provide additional details and/or additional income documents as needed.
2. Upon approval, the Referee may use their Credit Card for online purchases. The Physical Card will be delivered afterward following the standard card delivery turnaround time for Metro Manila and provinces by Maya’s card courier/s.
Additional Guidelines when referring:
1. Referees who submit applications through other means outside the credit card application process and beyond the referral period shall not qualify
2. Referees who quote a referral code not provided by Maya shall not qualify
3. Maya LCECC-Employees referring co-employees/superiors shall not qualify
4. LCECC cardholders referring an existing LCECC cardholder shall not qualify
5. Only Referrers and Referees who fully comply with the application requirements can be counted under this Referral Program.
6. In case a Referrer is found to have made a misrepresentation or any other similar activity, as determined by Maya Bank, the latter shall have the right to forfeit the referral/reward.
7. Rewards of LCECC cardholders will be forfeited if cardholder cancels the card, cardholder becomes past due or Bank suspends the cardholder due to valid reasons as covered in the Credit Card T&C.
8. Only Referees can follow up the status of their card application with Maya Bank based on the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) through the various contact details provided for purposes of their credit card application. Maya shall not be bound to share any personal data of the applicant with the LCCC Referrer even if the same originated or was submitted to Maya by the Employee-Referrer. Terms & Conditions

The reward is non-transferable.
Any possible dispute on the awarding of the reward under this Program shall be settled with due diligence among the involved parties. However, the final decision shall rest on Maya Bank, with prior approval of DTI.
Maya Bank, Inc. reserves the right to amend these guidelines at any time with notice to the LCECC Cardholders.
The LCECC Member Get Member Program is subject to the General Terms and Conditions on the issuance of the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card by Maya.
The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward.
Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
Refunded / reversed transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.

Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback points or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback points or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
