1. The promo is open to select Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Cardholders with active Landers membership who receive an official promo invitation via SMS, email, and/or in-app notification from Maya. Eligibility is determined based on Maya’s internal criteria.  
2. Cardholders who do not receive the SMS spiel from Maya are not eligible to join the promo. 

1. The promo period is from December 9, 2025 to March 31, 2026. 
2. Cardholders who shop at any Landers store, mobile app, or website are entitled to 10% cashback to their Maya wallet, capped at ₱500 per month, with no minimum single receipt spend if paid with the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card.  
   1. For Landers store purchases, only transactions via the Maya terminal will be eligible for the 10% cashback reward.  
3. Qualified cardholders can enjoy up to a maximum of ₱500 cashback each month to their Maya wallet for every Landers spend each month. Cashback rewards will be refreshed monthly.

4. 10% cashback to Maya wallet, capped at ₱500, is on top of the 3-5% Landers cashback points rewarded for all Landers transactions. The cashback reward will be sent to the mobile number that is linked to the cardholder’s Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card. 
5. The Cashback will automatically be credited to the cardholder’s Maya Wallet anytime between the posting of qualified transaction up to a maximum of thirty (30) business days following the end of the promotional period to reconcile and verify user activity.

1. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply: 
   1. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, cancelled, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
   2. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation. 
2. The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
3. Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, declined, refunded, or voided. If cashback has already been credited and the cardholder becomes past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback credit given.
4. If a cashback has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback given.
5. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
6. The reward received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. 
7. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
8. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. 
9. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. 
10. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.

13. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
