Eligibility

To be eligible for the cashback, you must spend at least of ₱3,000, using your Maya Visa Card via Google Pay
Only transactions that meet the Specified Criteria shall be considered as qualifying spend. You agree that Visa Worldwide shall have the sole and absolute discretion in determining whether any transactions fulfil the Specified Criteria.
Qualifying transactions are limited to successful domestic and international transactions, and include both in-store and online transactions.
The maximum total cashback per card during this campaign period is ₱1,500.
An “eligible Maya Visa Card” for the purposes of this Campaign, refers to Visa cards issued by Maya Philippines, Inc. or Maya Bank, Inc.

The cashback details that will be displayed in your relevant banking statement may vary depending on the identity of the relevant Philippines card issuer.
Transactions made using Maya Visa cards via Google Pay or Fitbit, across supported form factors (including smartphones and wearable devices), are eligible. Transactions made using physical (plastic) Maya Visa cards or through non-Visa payment methods are not eligible.
Transactions that take longer to process may not be counted as eligible transactions. If the transaction data sent from the Visa merchant is inaccurate, Google Pay usage may not be correctly reflected.
Cashback from an eligible transaction will be credited to the same Maya Visa Card account in the local currency where the Maya Visa Card were issued, up to 30 days after the eligible transaction settlement is processed by VisaNet. Depending on the type of card and cashback timing, you may not be able to withdraw the cashback amount as cash. The following cases may result in cashback delays:
1. Payment at new stores, new Visa merchants, or new terminals
2. Inaccurate transaction data sent from Visa merchants
Cashback may not be awarded if:
1. The eligible card is canceled, or your membership is suspended at the time of cashback
2. The card number at the time of usage is changed at the time of cashback
3. Incomplete account details, card usage restrictions, or other reasons preventing cashback at the time of cashback
4. Your card issuer determines the transaction with your card is fraudulent
5. You use your Maya Visa card for the transactions of goods and services that are not eligible for the cashback.
Cashback may affect loyalty points awarded by the card issuer. Additionally, withdrawal fees may apply when refunding from the bank subject to the applicable fees set out by the relevant Maya Visa Card issuer.
The cashback rights are for the Maya Visa cardholder only and cannot be transferred to any third parties.

Who is eligible for this campaign?

This campaign is open to all Maya Visa cardholders who will link their cards to Google Pay and spend at least ₱3,000 transactions. Users must register to the Visa promo website at https://vi.sa/4gJwmv8 to successfully receive the cashback.

When will I receive my cashback?

Cashback will be credited to your bank statement (up to 30 days) after completing the eligible spend.

Where can I use Google Pay for this campaign?

You can use Google Pay at any merchant that accepts contactless payments, as well as e-commerce merchants offering Google Pay at checkout. All eligible transactions made using Google Pay during the campaign period will count towards the offer.

Is there a limit to the cashback I can receive?

Yes, each cardholder is eligible for only one cashback reward per card during the campaign period.

What transactions are not eligible?

Certain transactions may be excluded, such as refunds, reversals, or transactions that do not meet the campaign requirements.
