Eligibility

Users are qualified for the promo when they use their Maya Card to make eligible transactions on select transportation and ride-hailing applications within the Philippines. A minimum single-transaction spend of ₱1 is required to qualify for the promo.

Mechanics

Promo run from September 14 to October 15, 2026
Transactions made using the Maya Wallet Card are eligible.
Users are entitled to 5% cashback when they use their Maya Card on eligible ride-hailing or transportation merchants in the Philippines with a minimum single-receipt spend of ₱1. Capped reward at ₱400 per month per user.
The cashback will automatically be credited to the cardholder's Maya wallet once the transaction is posted.

Terms & Conditions

Transactions made using Maya on gambling, gaming, betting, or similar platforms are not eligible to earn a cashback under this promo.
Transactions under MCC 4111 and 4121 are eligible for 5% cashback only and are excluded from the 1% cashback promo. All other eligible Maya Card transactions can earn 1% cashback, subject to the promo terms and conditions. Learn more at http://maya.ph/mine
Only users who make qualified purchases using their Maya Card through qualified transactions at select local public transportation (4111) and ride-hailing app merchants (4121) such as but not limited to Grab, Move It, Angkas, Joyride
Each payment transaction must be validated, posted, or settled within the system to qualify for the promo.
Cashback rewards are max at ₱400 per user during the promo duration only, September 14 to October 15, 2026.
Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, declined, refunded, or voided.
If a cashback has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to claw back the cashback given with notification after the claw back.
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya app, and the management and fulfillment of cashbacks under this promotion. The cashback received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the cardholder files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the cashback.
Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the cardholder forfeit their cashback with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. In case of disputes regarding cardholder’s eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven user activities that require further investigation. 
Maya reserves the right to debit any reward credited from the cardholder’s balance. If balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn once it is sufficient.
Maya Philippines Inc. is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion. Promotion participants agree to solely rely on the Maya Data Privacy policy in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. The cardholder must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
