The Promo period is from October 1, 2024 – October 31, 2024.
Eligible participants are Maya users with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
To qualify, eligible users must cash into their Maya Wallet using their VISA credit, debit, or prepaid card through the Maya app.
Qualified users can avail free VISA transfers for transactions below P5,000, while higher cash in amounts will be charged 50% off or P100 per A regular cash in through VISA is worth P200.
Sending money from another Maya account or any other bank is NOT included in the promo and will not be rewarded.
To cash in or transfer money from a VISA credit, debit, or prepaid card to Maya
1. Log in to your Maya account
2. Tap "Cash In" in the Home screen
3. Select “Debit or credit card”
4. Choose a cash in amount

Qualified users will receive their cashback in the Maya app: P200 for transactions below P5,000 and P100 for higher amounts.
Qualified users will receive their cashback from the date of their valid transaction up to fourteen (14) days after the promo period.
This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device.
Maya reserves the right to withdraw and/or expire wrongfully rewarded cashback regardless if claimed or unclaimed by the user.

Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App (formerly known as PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.

3. Cashback points will be credited to the cardholder’s account once the transaction is posted.
4. Points are earned for each qualifying spend successfully posted, and are automatically credited to the Cardholder’s account.
Voucher Redemption:
1. Cashback points can be redeemed as vouchers for Landers Superstore purchases, using the Maya app.
2. 1 point = Php1, and 500 points are required to redeem Php500 off a Landers Superstore purchase.
3. Vouchers are valid for 60 days after the promo ends, and any unused vouchers will be forfeited.
Reward Cap:
1. The cashback points earned are capped at a total of ₱200,000 per annum across all categories.
2. Any excess cashback points or rewards beyond the cap will be forfeited.
Account Status:
1. To participate, the cardholder’s account must be active and in good standing.
2. Accounts with duplicate profiles or blacklisted accounts are disqualified from the promo.
Exclusions:
1. Maya Business Accounts and merchants are excluded from participating.

3. Refunded or canceled transactions will not qualify for the promo, and cashback points will be reversed if a transaction is refunded.
Voucher Terms:
1. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
2. Vouchers must be used within the validity period (60 days after the promo ends).
3. Any unused vouchers will be forfeited if the Landers Credit Card is canceled (voluntarily or involuntarily).
Maya’s Rights:
1. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any rewards if the transaction is found to be fraudulent or if the cardholder violates any terms and conditions of the promo.
2. Maya has the right to disqualify users with invalid, duplicate, or blacklisted accounts.
3. Refunded transactions or canceled payments may result in the withdrawal of cashback points or rewards previously credited.
Points and Vouchers Reset:
1. The qualifying spend resets on the 1st of each month.
2. The points counter is reset every time a voucher is claimed.
Dispute Resolution:
1. In case of disputes, the decision of Maya (with concurrence from DTI FTEB) shall be considered final and binding.
2. For complaints or inquiries related to the promo, customers may contact Maya customer support or visit the Help Center in the Maya app.
General Terms:
1. The Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card terms and conditions apply in addition to the specific promo terms.
