This promo is open to existing Maya users who have had an active Maya Savings account for at least one (1) month before the start of the promo period.

All qualified Maya Savings accountholders for this promo will earn: 

• Base Interest Rate 
• The prevailing base interest rate of Maya Savings, which is a standard feature of the product and not part of this promotion. The base rate is applied to your total savings balance. 
• Bonus Interest (Promotional Boost) 
• Additional promotional interest earned when completing eligible transactions using Maya during the promo period. Bonus interest applies on up to ₱100,000 of your Maya Savings balance. 

The interest boost tiers and requirements are outlined below: 

1. Qualified Maya users can increase their total interest rate (base + bonus) depending on transactions completed within the promo period. 
2. Users who do not complete any qualified transactions will continue to earn the prevailing base interest rate. 

Sample Scenario: Below is an example of how the boosted interest may apply during the promo period: 

Once a user completes a qualified transaction: 

1. The bonus interest boost will apply on the same day of the successful transaction. 
2. The qualification period will remain valid until the last day of the same month. 

Example:  If a user qualifies anytime from September 1, 2026, the boosted interest will apply until September 31, 2026 

Users can track their qualification status and boosted interest on the Savings dashboard.

1. In the event of a user-triggered mobile number change (including but not limited to), the total accumulated qualified transactions will reset to ₱0. The user must again transact the following to re-qualify for the boosted tiers: 
   
   1. Pay using Maya Wallet Card five (5) times
2. Accountholders will see their qualification duration for the bonus interest rate on the same day as their successful transaction, which will be displayed on the Savings dashboard or the Missions screen. 
   Note: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version so you can track your boosted interest. You can check your Missions anytime to see your progress. For some users, you won't immediately see your Savings interest screen, but your bonus interest will still be credited to your account every day after making a qualified transaction. 
3. An accountholder who qualifies within a certain month will receive the bonus interest rate until the last day of that same qualifying month, as illustrated below:

   Note: Users with an active boost until the last day of the month will receive their final boosted interest on the first day of the following month. 
5. Each payment transaction must be validated, posted, or settled within the system to qualify for the promo.

7. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or sub-merchants are not qualified for the promo. 
8. Maya card (Visa or Mastercard) payments made to the following merchant categories will be excluded from the promo: 
   1. Financial institutions – 6051 
   2. Schools – 8220 
   3. Gambling – 7995 
   4. Donations/Foundations - 8651, 8661, 8669, 8398 
   5. Billers – 4900 
9. Payments made to or purchases of cash equivalent instruments, financial institutions, financial assets, insurances, ATM withdrawals, gambling/gaming chips, and other quasi cash transactions are also not qualified for the promo. 
10. Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) or transactions made to merchants within the crypto space are not qualified for the promo. (e.g PDAX cash-in, other VASPs to be enabled where Maya payments are accepted, etc.)
11. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign. 
12. Only Consumer accounts are qualified for this promo. Maya users with Maya merchant accounts and Maya Center agents are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
13. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted. 
14. In case of disputes regarding accountholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. 
15. You understand that and agree that Maya Bank reserves the right, in case of any amount mistakenly or fraudulently credited to your account, to debit the erroneously or fraudulently credited amount from your Account and/or any of your accounts.
16. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. 17. Qualified users with uncredited interest rate and/or corresponding interest amount can expect crediting of missing interest rate and/or interest amount at least 14 to 30 days after the promo period ends.
