• The promo is to increase dining spend at select categories with Maya credit cards which will be open to all active Maya Black and Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Cardholders nationwide in good credit standing. 
• Qualified cardholders who make the required minimum dining spend transaction during the promotion period are eligible for a cashback credited to their Maya Wallet.  
• Only for selected domestic dining transactions that fall under Merchant Category Code “MCC” 5812 (categorized as eating places and restaurants), 5813 (Drinking places/alcoholic beverages — bars, taverns, night-clubs, cocktail lounges and discothèques), and 5814 (fast food restaurants) qualify for the cashback promo. In addition, food/dining places falling under MCCs as follows are excluded from earning cashback:

  • 5451 Dairies

• Some dining places/restaurants may be excluded from earning cashback due to their payment acquirer categories. Maya reserves the right to determine eligible restaurants under the stated MCCs at its sole discretion. 

1. Cardholders are entitled to 20% cashback for qualified dining transactions with a minimum single receipt spend of ₱2,500 capped at ₱600 cashback per month for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5813. 
   The promo period is from January 29 – February 28, 2026.
2. Cardholders are entitled to 20% cashback for qualified dining transactions with a minimum single receipt spend of ₱3,500 capped at ₱1,000 cashback per month for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5812 and 5814. 
   The promo period is from January 29 – March 31, 2026. 
3. Qualified cardholders can enjoy up to a maximum of ₱600 cashback each month for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5813 and ₱1,000 cashback for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5812. Cashback reward will refresh each month when qualified cardholders reach the minimum spend of ₱2,500 for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5813 and ₱3,500 for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5812. 
4. The Cashback will automatically be credited to the cardholder’s Wallet anytime between the posting of qualified transaction up to a maximum of thirty (30) business days following the end of the promotional period, whichever comes earlier, subject to reconciliation and verification of user activity. 
5. Qualified cardholders will receive a notification of the cashback discount earned and when the ₱600 cashback for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5813 and ₱1,000 cashback for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5812 is fully redeemed for the month via in-app or via SMS. 

Terms and Conditions:  

1. Each payment transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited. 
2. The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided. 
3. Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided. If cashback has already been credited and the cardholder becomes past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback credit given. 
4. If a cashback has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback given. 
5. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
6. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya app, and the management and fulfillment of cashbacks under this promotion. The cashback received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the cardholder files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the cashback. 
7. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
8. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the cardholder forfeit their cashback with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. In case of disputes regarding cardholder’s eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven user activities that require further investigation.  
9. Maya reserves the right to debit any reward credited from the cardholder’s balance. If balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn once it is sufficient. 
10. Maya Philippines Inc. and Maya Bank Inc. are the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion.
