The promo period is from November 1-30, 2024.
This promo is open to all Maya users, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e., Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc.), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
Users can participate in this promo and get P1 / P10 / P100 / P1000 cashback when they pay P1,000 worth of participating bills on the Maya app. The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system.
Valid for first time bill payers. Users can avail of the cashback reward 3x during the promo period.
User must pay P1,000 worth of bills from participating categories. Qualified bills pay transactions for this promo are limited to billers listed under the following payment categories in the app: Water, Electricity, Cable & Internet, Telecoms, Loans, Insurance, Government, Real Estate, Schools, Toll.
Payment transactions must be done within the indicated promo duration and must be subsequently cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Eligibility

The promo is to increase dining spend at select categories with Maya credit cards which will be open to all active Maya Black and Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Cardholders nationwide in good credit standing.
Qualified cardholders who make the required minimum dining spend transaction during the promotion period are eligible for a cashback credited to their Maya Wallet.
Only for selected domestic dining transactions that fall under Merchant Category Code “MCC” 5812 (categorized as eating places and restaurants), 5813 (Drinking places/alcoholic beverages — bars, taverns, night-clubs, cocktail lounges and discothèques), and 5814 (fast food restaurants) qualify for the cashback promo. In addition, food/dining places falling under MCCs as follows are excluded from earning cashback:
- MCC Description
- 5422 Freezer and locker meat provisioners
- 5441 Candy, nut and confectionery shops
- 5451 Dairies
- 5462 Bakeries
- 5499 Miscellaneous food shops — convenience and specialty retail outlets
- 5811 Caterers
Some dining places/restaurants may be excluded from earning cashback due to their payment acquirer categories. Maya reserves the right to determine eligible restaurants under the stated MCCs at its sole discretion.

Mechanics

The promo period is from January 29 – February 28, 2026.
Cardholders are entitled to 20% cashback for qualified dining transactions with a minimum single receipt spend of ₱2,500 capped at ₱600 cashback per month for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5813.
Cardholders are entitled to 20% cashback for qualified dining transactions with a minimum single receipt spend of ₱3,500 capped at ₱1,000 cashback per month for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5812 and 5814.
Qualified cardholders can enjoy up to a maximum of ₱600 cashback each month for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5813 and ₱1,000 cashback for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5812. Cashback reward will refresh each month when qualified cardholders reach the minimum spend of ₱2,500 for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5813 and ₱3,500 for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5812.
The Cashback will automatically be credited to the cardholder’s Wallet anytime between the posting of qualified transaction up to a maximum of thirty (30) business days following the end of the promotional period, whichever comes earlier, subject to reconciliation and verification of user activity.
Qualified cardholders will receive a notification of the cashback discount earned and when the ₱600 cashback for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5813 and ₱1,000 cashback for selected domestic dining transactions under MCC 5812 is fully redeemed for the month via in-app or via SMS.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions: 

Each payment transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, declined, refunded or voided. If cashback has already been credited and the cardholder becomes past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback credit given.
If a cashback has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback given.
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya app, and the management and fulfillment of cashbacks under this promotion. The cashback received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the cardholder files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the cashback.
Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the cardholder forfeit their cashback with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. In case of disputes regarding cardholder’s eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven user activities that require further investigation. 
Maya reserves the right to debit any reward credited from the cardholder’s balance. If balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn once it is sufficient.
Maya Philippines Inc. and Maya Bank Inc. are the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion.
