1. Qualified Maya users will receive a notification of the promo via push notification. 
2. Maya Users who have previous cash in transactions via linked bank account are qualified. 
3. Only qualified transactions using Instapay bank transfer from BPI, Unionbank , Chinabank, and RCBC are eligible for the promo. 

1. The promo will run from May 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026. 
2. Qualified users will get a cashback voucher when you cash in at least PHP 5,000, depending on which bank they will transfer from. This offer is limited to two (2) redemptions per user per month, equivalent to a maximum monthly reward of ₱24. Subsequent transactions within the same month will no longer qualify for the reward once the limit is reached.
3. The cashback reward will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher up to thirty business days after user’s qualified credit transaction.  
4. The voucher will be eligible for the customer to claim within the app for a period of 7 calendar days after posting. In case the customer does not claim the voucher within the stipulated time period then Maya reserves the right to withdraw the voucher from the customer so that the customer can be targeted through another campaign.  
5. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:  
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.  
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.  
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".  
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”. 
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.  
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance. 

1. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply: 
   1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
   2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. 
   3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted. 
   4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
2. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph  
3. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 7 business days after the qualified transaction is accomplished by the user.  
4. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. 
5. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
6. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards. 
7. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given. 
8. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
9. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
10. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. 11. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
