Eligibility

The promo is open to new and existing Maya Easy Credit users only.

Mechanics

The campaign period will run from June 1-30, 2026.
The promo is open to new and existing Maya Easy Credit users who will receive the following SMS spiel: “Get up to PHP20,000 reward when you use Maya Easy Credit with a min. spend of PHP500.00 to scan to pay via QR, checkout online, pay bills, and more! Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-258326 Series of 2026”
Users who do not receive the SMS spiel from Maya are not eligible to join the promo.

Only the transactions qualified below, will be qualified for the promo:

Once the qualifying transaction is made, users will receive a cashback voucher amounting to any one of the following:
- ₱5, or
- ₱50, or
- ₱20,000
The cashback reward is capped at ₱20,000 per user or five (5) transactions per user for the entire promo duration, whichever comes first.
A user must have an activated Maya Easy Credit account and maintain a good credit standing throughout the duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due to be eligible to earn the cashback voucher reward.
Maya Easy Credit approval is subject to credit evaluation. Service Fee varies per user depending on user’s credit history. A user may find the service fee in the Maya app upon application for Maya Easy Credit.
The necessary transactions must be verified and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher.
The cashback reward will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher within thirty (30) business days following the end of the promotional period.
To redeem the cashback / voucher, qualified users should follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion.

Terms & Conditions

Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are Ineligible from participating in this promo.
2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward.
Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.
Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.
Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given upon concurrence of DTI.
Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be ineligible or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits) upon concurrence of DTI.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to E-Sabong, other apps with wallet or e-wallet capabilities (such as but not limited to ShopeePay, etc.) will not be qualified for the promo.
