1. The promo is open to selected active Maya Credit Cards— Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card and Maya Black Credit Card — in good credit standing and who will receive the official promo invitation via SMS or in-app notification from Maya.Eligibility is determined based on Maya's internal criteria.
2. No registration needed– just spend using your activated Maya credit card during the promo period. Only transactions made and posted within the promo period will be considered toward the minimum cumulative spend requirement of ₱10,000.

1. The promo period is from June 26, 2026 to July 26, 2026. 
2. Cardholders who meet the minimum accumulated spend requirement of Php 10,000 within the promo duration will earn 1,000 Landers Cashback Points or 6,000 Maya Miles depending on their Maya credit card type. 
3. Transactions from these Merchant Category Codes are disqualified/excluded from the required spend to earn interest booster.

4. The Cashback Points or Maya Miles, as applicable, will automatically be credited to the cardholder’s credit card account within thirty (30) business days following the end of the promo period, subject to reconciliation and verification of user activity. 
5. Qualified cardholders will receive a notification on the Cashback Points or Maya Miles earned via SMS or the Maya app inbox. 
6. Cardholders can only qualify once for the entire promo duration. If Php 10,000 spend was exceeded, max rewards to be received will still be 1,000 Landers cashback points or 6,000 Maya Miles.

1. Each payment transaction must be validated, posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo.
2. The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
3. Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, declined, refunded, or voided. If Cashback Points or Maya Miles have already been credited and the cardholder becomes past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to claw back the reward given.
4. If Cashback Points or Maya Miles have already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to claw back the reward given.
5. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of Cashback Points or Maya Miles to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
6. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya app, and the management and fulfillment of Cashback Points or Maya Miles under this promotion. The reward received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the cardholder files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the reward.
7. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
8. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the cardholder forfeit their Cashback Points or Maya Miles with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. In case of disputes regarding cardholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven user activities that require further investigation.
9. Maya reserves the right to debit any reward credited from the cardholder's Cashback Points or Maya Miles balance. If balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn once it is sufficient.
10. Maya Bank Inc. is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion. Promotion participants agree to solely rely on the Maya Data Privacy policy in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion.
