1. Participants must be at least 18 years old. 
2. This promo is open to all Pay&Go cash in users nationwide with a valid Maya account.
3. Employees of Maya and Pay&Go, its affiliates, partners, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining.

1. The promo will run from June 23, 2026 to August 23, 2026.
2. This promo is open to all Maya users who cash in via Pay&Go and registered their receipt during the promo period.
3. Users must cash in at least ₱2,000 to their Maya Wallet via Pay&Go kiosk and get one (1) raffle entry.
4. To earn one (1) raffle entry, users with a qualified transaction of at least ₱2,000 must register through the Electronic Raffle Registration Form at bit.ly/winbigwithmaya and provide the following details
   • Complete Name
   • Complete Address
   • Contact Number 
   • Reference Number
5. Promo is available in all Pay&Go kiosk nationwide.
6. Winners will get a chance to win Maya Credits just once during the promo period:
   • 25 winners of ₱5,000 Maya Credits weekly (for 8 weeks)
   • 1 winner of ₱100,000 Maya Credits monthly (for 2 months)
7. Customers may join multiple times but can only win once during the promo period.

9. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS from Pay&Go. An SMS platform, Promotexter, will be used to reach out to our customers.
10. Prizes will be credited directly to the winner’s Maya wallet within 30 working days upon verification.
11. Prize is non-transferable as it is awarded exclusively to the registered winner and cannot be assigned to another person prior to crediting.
12. Unclaimed prizes after the claiming period will be forfeited in favor of Pay&Go upon prior approval from DTI.
13. Maya Philippines Inc. will shoulder the 20% withholding tax for the prizes exceeding ₱10,000.

1. All Maya users who have upgraded and accepted Maya’s Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate in this promo, as outlined in Sections 4.17.4 and 6.5. 2. The names of all the winner/s will be announced on the Official Pay&Go Facebook page. 
3. Pay&Go will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media. 
4. All winner/s will be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS from Pay&Go.
5. The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Pay&Go and Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media. 
6. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign. 
7. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. 
8. With prior approval of DTI, Maya and Pay&Go reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption. 
9. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya and Pay&Go’s decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. 
10. Maya and Pay&Go are the controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to Maya and Pay&Go Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion.
11. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya and Pay&Go of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period. 
12. Each account linking or registration must be validated within the system to qualify for the promo. Linking and registrations will not be considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya account has fraudulent activities in the past. 
13. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
14. All regular and contractual employees of BTI (Pay&Go), Maya Bank, Inc., Maya Ph (Maya Philippines, Inc.), Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle. 
15. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued. 
16. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos. 
17. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account. 
18. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
19. Maya and Pay&Go reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation. 
20. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya and Pay&Go systems are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards. 
21. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya and Pay&Go shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given. 
22. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya and Pay&Go reserves the right to withdraw.
23. The rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. 
24. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
