The Promo period is from October 1, 2024 – October 31, 2024.
Eligible participants are Maya users with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
To qualify, eligible users must cash into their Maya Wallet using their VISA credit, debit, or prepaid card through the Maya app.
Qualified users can avail free VISA transfers for transactions below P5,000, while higher cash in amounts will be charged 50% off or P100 per A regular cash in through VISA is worth P200.
Sending money from another Maya account or any other bank is NOT included in the promo and will not be rewarded.
To cash in or transfer money from a VISA credit, debit, or prepaid card to Maya
1. Log in to your Maya account
2. Tap "Cash In" in the Home screen
3. Select “Debit or credit card”
4. Choose a cash in amount
5. Enter your VISA credit, debit, or prepaid card details and click continue
6. Wait for Maya’s confirmation via SMS
Qualified users will receive their cashback in the Maya app: P200 for transactions below P5,000 and P100 for higher amounts.
Qualified users will receive their cashback from the date of their valid transaction up to fourteen (14) days after the promo period.
This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device.
Maya reserves the right to withdraw and/or expire wrongfully rewarded cashback regardless if claimed or unclaimed by the user.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App (formerly known as PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.

Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. Eligibility

Promo period is from May 15 – July 15, extended until October 15, 2025 as approved by DTI-FTEB.
The promo is open to existing LCEC cardholders in good credit standing during the promo period and at the time of the raffle draw.
1. Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, suspended, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, are not reported lost and/or stolen before and during the awarding of the prize.
Cardholders who will meet the qualifying spend will earn raffle entries for a chance to be one of the ten (10) winners of roundtrip, business class flights. Each winner can bring one (1) companion.

Mechanics

Qualified cardholders can earn multiple raffle entries during the promo period only after the necessary transactions are validated and posted or settled within the system to qualify for the promo.

The qualifying spend to earn raffle entries as follows:

Single receipt transactions with minimum spend of at least Php5,000 will earn one (1) raffle entry.
Transactions made at Landers in-store and on the Landers website will earn two (2) raffles entries for every Php5,000 spend instead of only one (1).

Transactions can earn multiple raffle entries based on Php5,000 increments.

Transactions excluded from the promo are ineligible to earn raffle entries.

Terms & Conditions

The following transactions are excluded from the promo:
1. Cash Advance, credit card Fees and Charges; Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Quasi Cash, payments to political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, remittance, account funding transactions. Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services and the likes.
2. Multiple-split transactions made from the same merchant.
3. Maya Credit Card is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by payment acquirers of each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions, but Maya Credit Cards has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified for this promo.
4. Subsequently cancelled, voided or refunded transactions; reversed, or disputed transactions
A credit cardholder may only win once throughout the promo period.

The raffle draws, which will be done with the participation of a DTI representatives, and announcement of winner through Maya’s official Facebook page will be done according to the following schedule:

There will be two (2) winners that will be selected per raffle entry period.
All winners will be notified via in-app pushes, phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number, email, and/or snail mail. A Maya representative will get in touch with each winner to verify their identity and to give instructions on how the prize will be awarded.
Maya will reach out to the winners within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on Facebook. Redemption of prizes should be done within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya.
The raffle prize is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from DTI.
Terms and conditions for raffle prizes is as follows:
1. With 20kg check-in baggage allowance per way
2. Inclusive of government taxes and fees
3. Status is Subject to Positive Space Must Ride (PSMR) priority
4. Subject to flight availability
5. Not valid for travel during the airline’s embargo periods, which may be subject to change.
6. Not for re-selling purposes.
7. Guidelines document for issuing and distribution of raffle prize will be shared separately.
The winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print, and online media; Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions will have a winner forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
In case of disputes regarding customer’s eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya’s decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

Officers and employees of Maya Credit Cards, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from the promo.
Prize tax will be shouldered by Maya Bank Inc.
The winning transaction must be valid. In case the transaction is reversed on or before the draw, the raffle entry will be forfeited.
