Simple steps to cash in using BDO

Via the Maya app
  1. On the Maya app, tap ‘Cash in’
  2. Tap ‘Bank account’ and select BDO
  3. Enter the cash in amount and tap ‘Continue’
  4. Once redirected to the BDO portal, log in to your BDO Online account and complete the authentication requirements (Reminder: Download the NEW BDO Online app & reset your password to start.)
  5. Pay to Xendit and select the fund source
  6. Once confirmed, the amount will be transferred from your BDO Online account to Maya
Reminders
*You can cash in ₱500.00 to ₱20,000.00 per transaction (subject to your Maya account’s daily and monthly cash in limits)
*Your BDO account will not be linked to Maya at the end of this transaction
*Processing time on the side of BDO may take up to 3 minutes

Important: to keep your experience smooth, please make sure you have the new BDO Online app. In case of a login error from BDO when trying to cash in to Maya, simply reset your password on the new BDO Online app.

Via Instapay
  1. Log in to your BDO Personal Banking or Mobile Banking.
  2. Choose Send Money >> To Another Local Bank.
  3. From the drop down, choose Maya Philippines, Inc
  4. Fill in the details
  5. Enter the One-Time Pin sent to your phone or generated by your BDO Mobile App's OTP Generator
  6. Confirm details
  7. You will be notified via SMS that transaction is successful.

*Minimum add funds amount is Php100
*Maximum add funds amount is P10,000 per transaction

Via Over-the-Counter
  1. Visit any BDO Branch
  2. Fill out a BDO Cash Transaction Slip
  3. Check "Bills Payment" box and provide the following:
    1. Company Name: Maya Philippines, Inc.
    2. Subscriber's Name (Registered Maya Name)
    3. Subscriber's Account No. (12-Digit Maya Number / 639nnnnnnnn)
    4. Transaction amount
  4. Present the form and your payment to the teller
  5. Wait for the SMS confirmation before leaving the branch

Note: The minimum Add Money amount is PHP500.
