1. The promo is open to selected active Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Cardholders in good credit standing who will receive the official promo invitation via SMS or in-app notification from Maya. Eligibility is determined based on Maya's internal criteria.
   1. Active and in Good Credit Standing refers to an account that is not closed, delinquent, suspended, restricted, or cancelled, and with all amounts due paid on or before the due date.

1. Promo period is August 15, 2026 – October 15, 2026.
2. Cardholders who meet the spend missions within the promo period will earn the +2x bonus rewards.

3. Cardholder will only earn bonus cashback points based on the first posted transaction of each spend mission and shall not qualify for the bonus on a second spend for the same spend mission.
4. All other Merchant Category Codes outside the spend missions are ineligible to redeem the bonus cashback points.
5. Transactions from these Merchant Category Codes are disqualified/excluded from all Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card cashback points redemption:

6. The +2x cashback points reward, as applicable, will automatically be credited to the cardholder’s credit card account within thirty (30) business days following the end of the promo period, whichever comes earlier, subject to reconciliation and verification of user activity.
7. Qualified cardholders will receive a notification on the Cashback Points earned via SMS or the Maya app inbox.

      1. Accumulate spend (across all Credit Card spend categories) and get up to 5% Cashback points on your Landers Superstore in-store spends (no minimum spend required*)
      2. Rewarding of cashback points is based on accumulated spend per calendar month and is progressive, which means that each tier on the above table must be attained and successive in order to progress to the next higher tier of cashback points.

   4. Transactions that don’t qualify include: cash in, cash advance, quasi cash purchases, casinos and gambling, fuel, supermarket, pharmaceuticals, utilities, telco, and government.
3. The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.  
4. Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, declined, refunded, or voided. If 2x Bonus rewards have already been credited and the cardholder becomes past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to claw back the reward given subject to applicable law and BSP regulations.   
5. If 2x Bonus rewards have already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to claw back the reward given.   
6. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of Cashback Points to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).   
7. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya app, and the management and fulfillment of Cashback Points under this promotion. The reward received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the cardholder files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the reward.   
8. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.   
9. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the cardholder forfeit their Cashback Points with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. In case of disputes regarding cardholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven user activities that require further investigation.   
10. Maya reserves the right to debit any reward credited from the cardholder's Cashback Points balance. If balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn once it is sufficient.   
11. Maya Bank Inc. is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion. Promotion participants agree to solely rely on the Maya Data Privacy policy in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion.
