This promo is open to select upgraded Maya users who will receive targeted SMS and/or in-app notifications from Maya Loans / Maya within the promo validity period. The promo shall only be valid for each eligible user upon receipt of notification stated below, and the applicable participation period shall be as stated in the notification.
- Eligible users may receive only the following SMS and/or in-app notifications, in the exact formats stated below, which shall exclusively qualify them for participation in this promo. No other notifications, messages, or communications, regardless of similarity in wording, shall be considered valid for participation:
- Earn +1% p.a boost on your Maya Savings for 3 months when you get a Maya Personal Loan on or before September 30, 2026! T&Cs apply. DTI265352S26.
- Eligible users can qualify for a reward upon completion of all criteria as listed below.
Criteria & Reward:- Users must receive notification via SMS or in-app as stated in #2
- Users must be approved for a Maya Personal Loan and must successfully accept, draw down, and disburse the loan to their Maya Wallet.
- Upon successful loan acceptance and disbursal, users will receive an additional 1% Savings Interest Boost for the next 3 months upon boost activation for their ‘My Savings’ balance for up to PHP 100,000. Savings Interest Boost activation will happen at most 5 days after successful disbursement.
- Users who fully repay their loan in advance within the loan repayment cut-off will be disqualified for this promo.
- Maya and/or Maya Bank account holders who are blacklisted due to a violation of any Maya and/or Maya Bank promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya and/or Maya Bank are not qualified to participate in this promo.
- Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya and/or Maya Bank system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
- If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya and/or Maya Bank shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
- Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
- Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward from the Maya wallet balance equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If the balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when the balance becomes sufficient.
- Maya and/or Maya Bank users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
- In case of dispute, Maya reserves the right to act and decide on such dispute. Maya’s decision over the dispute shall be considered final. The final discretion shall always rest with the company, subject to the concurrence of the DTI.
- The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. - Maya Philippines Inc and Maya Bank, Inc. are regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas https://www.bsp.gov.ph By participating in this program, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with Maya's Privacy Policy, available on the Maya website.
