Get 100% cashback on your convenience fee when you pay your BIR taxes on Maya! 

1. The promo period is from April 6 to 30, 2026.  
2. This promo is open to existing Maya consumer accounts with prior BIR transactions on Maya. Users who pay their BIR taxes in a single transaction of ₱3,500 during the promo period using the Bills Payment feature are eligible for a 100% cashback on the biller convenience fee. 
3. Only those transactions made via Maya’s in-app bills payment feature will be qualified for the promo. 
4. Payments made via QR or on BIR branches are not qualified for this promo. 
5. Qualified users can redeem the free convenience fees 3x when they pay their BIR taxes through a fixed cashback voucher amounting to Php 20.00. The total cashback a user may receive in this promo is Php 60.00. 
6. The promo is valid until April 30. Once received, cashback vouchers can be used within 60 days before they expire. 

1. This promo is open to existing upgraded Maya users who made BIR transactions in 2025 and pay their BIR tax through a single ₱3,500 transaction.

3. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app. 
4. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps: 
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account 
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen 
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim” 
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now” 
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS 
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance 
5. Qualified users will receive their cashback vouchers from the date of their valid transaction up to fourteen (14) days after the promo period. 
6. Unused/ Unclaimed voucher will expire 60 days upon receipt. 
7. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Maya reserves the right to withdraw and/or expire wrongfully rewarded cashbacks or vouchers regardless of if claimed or unclaimed by the user. 

General Terms and Conditions 

1. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted. 
2. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
3. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit. 
4. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
5. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App (formerly known as PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
6. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period. 
7. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. 8. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
