Promo period is from November 23, 2020 – January 10, 2020.
This promo is open to all new and existing Maya consumer accountholders that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact using Maya.
Users can participate in the promo and earn raffle entries by performing any of the following actions during the promo period:
1. Pay at least P100 using Maya QR at any partner merchant
2. Pay at least P100 using the accountholder’s Maya-registered mobile number at any online partner merchant
3. Purchase any item from the Maya shop worth at least P100 (prepaid load, mobile data, gaming pins or from the Lifestyle/Others).
An user can earn one raffle entry for every P100 purchase. Raffle entries will be computed as follows:
1. Less than P100 purchase = 0 raffle entry
2. P100 purchase = 1 raffle entry
3. P150 purchase = 1 raffle entry
4. P200 purchase = 2 raffle entries
Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction.

All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period.
Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
The weekly and grand draws will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The grand prize winner will be announced to the public on January 19, 2021. The promo organizer’s decision to award the grand prize to the selected winner is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page.
The winner will be notified via e-mail, phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number and via registered mail. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
Prizes are transferable.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Maya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
The winners must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
Maya Negosyo QR transactions are considered valid as long as the purchase amount meets the minimum spend requirements.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., and Ideas x Machina (advertising agency) including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
